The whirlwind is over!

We had a fantastic Christmas! There were so many presents under the tree that the dang thing fell over. TWICE!! Needless to say, no small children were injured, an no presents were damaged! WHEW! But, we had a great time. I have TONS of photos and will be choosing a few to post so you can all see how our holidays went. So, basically, check back, and I'll have more soon...

Getting Ready for Christmas

At our house, we've been getting ready for Christmas for weeks now. First it started with the discussions about putting up the tree and "decolations." Then we discussed how Santa would get in our house since we don't have a fire place (magic key.) Then we talked about the real reason we celebrate Christmas-- Jesus. The kids have enjoyed getting ready for the season. They've helped me hang the lights outside, make candies for our friends, decorating the tree, and making lots, and lots, and lots of craft projects to display around the house. We've also visited with Santa at Daddy's work and visited a Christmas Tree farm. Enjoy the photos I've taken leading up to the season. You can bet there will be lots more to come!!

Jumping on the Blog Bandwagon!

Well....I've been thinking about the BLOG thing for a while now. I mean, come on, I have so much to say! But really, the one thing holding me up? (After I actually figure out what a BLOG was!) I couldn't think of what to name my BLOG!! (Now I'm confused. Is the correct Techo-spelling of BLOG all in caps or not? Does it really matter....) I'm still not so happy with my BLOG's name, but until I figure out something more clever, more fitting, more fab-u-lous, then you'll just have to stick with me, a GREY-haired momma!

I'm going to post pictures, maybe some short movies, and definitely my thoughts, opinions, etc!! I mean, really, my own chance to say what I think, feel, dream???? So, watch out cyberspace, the Greyhaired momma is loose on the BLOG!
